Your privacy matters. This policy explains how Invoxus accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes data, including
Google user data, to deliver the product experience.
1. Data Access & Scope
-
With your consent, Invoxus accesses Gmail to list messages, read metadata and content for features like summaries,
draft and send emails you approve, and help with unsubscribe or cleanup.
- We request the minimum scopes required and use them only for the stated, user‑visible features.
- We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
2. Storage
-
Session credentials are stored in secure cookies to keep you signed in. Where you explicitly enable background
actions, we may persist tokens in our database to execute the requested jobs.
-
Email content is not stored by default. Drafts or categories you explicitly save are stored to provide the feature.
3. Sharing
-
We do not share Google user data with third parties, except service providers strictly necessary to operate the
service (e.g., infrastructure, background job processing) and bound by confidentiality.
4. Deletion & Revocation
- You can revoke Invoxus access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
-
You may request deletion of stored tokens and app data by emailing
contact@invoxus.in.
5. Security & Logs
- We apply industry‑standard safeguards. Diagnostic logs, if used, exclude message content and PII.
6. Changes to this Policy
-
We will update this page if our data practices change and will notify users in‑product when material changes occur.
